Common questions
- Do I pay any commission on bookings?
- No. Serveeta is a flat-fee SaaS — you keep 100% of every booking. We charge once a month (or yearly), not per transaction.
- What counts as a booking?
- One confirmed customer appointment, queue ticket, or package order created through Serveeta. Cancellations and reschedules do not consume a new booking.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing portal — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and your data stays exportable for 90 days.
- What happens at the booking cap on Free or Pro?
- Once you hit your plan's monthly limit, new bookings show an "upgrade now" message until the cap resets the following month. Existing bookings keep working.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes — Pro, Studio, and Enterprise let you point a custom domain (like book.yourclinic.com) at your provider page.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- Billing is processed via Stripe in USD. The currency switcher above is for display only — your card statement will show the USD-equivalent charge at the bank's exchange rate.
