Common questions

Do I pay any commission on bookings?
No. Serveeta is a flat-fee SaaS — you keep 100% of every booking. We charge once a month (or yearly), not per transaction.
What counts as a booking?
One confirmed customer appointment, queue ticket, or package order created through Serveeta. Cancellations and reschedules do not consume a new booking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and your data stays exportable for 90 days.
What happens at the booking cap on Free or Pro?
Once you hit your plan's monthly limit, new bookings show an "upgrade now" message until the cap resets the following month. Existing bookings keep working.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — Pro, Studio, and Enterprise let you point a custom domain (like book.yourclinic.com) at your provider page.
Which currency am I billed in?
Billing is processed via Stripe in USD. The currency switcher above is for display only — your card statement will show the USD-equivalent charge at the bank's exchange rate.
